Pricing & Payment

For orders being shipped, the payment can only be accepted in INR. Prices will be MRP and CGST/SGST and IGST, as applicable.
In case of international credit cards being used for domestic orders, the transaction amount will be converted to INR before the payment is accepted. Prevailing currency conversion charges may apply according to our customer’s credit card policy. If any payment is made by international card then the customer will be required to send us any government issued photo identity proof of the country of residence as mentioned below

  • Passport with Visa Copy
  • Driving license
  • Employment card
  • Any other government issued identity proof of the country of residence.

For purchase above Rs. 2 lakhs, PAN card copy must be provided, failure to provide the same shall result in cancellation of the order.
If our consumers, desires for additional information relating to the invoice, the same would be provided on request separately. Please ensure that the invoice accompanies the purchased product for all future transactions, as we will only consider the transaction with the customer on whose name the bill has been issued.

Delivery Schedule

We understand that privacy is important to our customers and we venerate that. We ensure that we maintain complete confidentiality of the details that have been shared with us and will not share it with any third party. A tentative delivery date/time will be given along with the order confirmation email as well as on dispatch. Registered customers can track their order with the service order number and find the purchase order status.

Your Obligations

  • Please provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself while registration on http://abira.co/ .
  • Please maintain and promptly update the registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If any provided information that is false, inaccurate, incomplete or not current or if Abira Jewellers Limited has reasonable grounds to suspect such information is false, inaccurate, incomplete, not current or not in accordance with this user agreement, we have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate the membership and refuse to provide with access to our website.
  • If a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by our consumer (i.e. incorrect name or address or any other incorrect information), any consequences or extra cost incurred by Abira Jewellers Limited for re-delivery shall be claimed from the consumer and they shall bear such expenses.
  • Our customers should provide with authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested. Abira Jewellers Limited reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the customer at any point of time. Further, Abira Jewellers Limited also reserves the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders or before making delivery in certain cases.   • The customer should confirm that the address at which the delivery of the product(s), ordered by him/her, is to be conveyed in correct and proper in all aspects.
  • Before placing an order, the customer shall check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product, him/her should agree to be bound by the conditions of sale and invitation to offer included in the item's description.
  • If there is any delay in the delivery caused due to any natural calamity, public holiday or any other unforeseen circumstances or any reasons not directly attributable to Abira Jewellers, then Abira Jewellers Limited shall not be liable in any ammenr whatsoever for such delay in the delivery of the product.
  • In case, if a customer uses an international card for payment the consumer has to provide us with any government issued photo identity proof. For example:
    1. Pan card
    2. Driving License
    3. Passport
    4. Voter identification card
    5. Postal identification Card (Aadhar)
    6. Any other government issued identity proof of the country of residence.

Cancellation By Abira Jewellers Limited

There may be certain orders that Abira Jewellers Limited cannot accept, and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. We also reserve the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders in certain cases. We will notify our customer in case the order has been cancelled fully/partially/if any additional information is required to accept the order.

Cancellation By Our Customer

Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled before it is shipped to the provided destination. Registered customer can always check the status of their order from http://abira.co/ . Once the cancellation request is received, we will initiate the process of refunding the amount to the customer’s account via the same payment mode that him/her had used to make the transaction or through cheque (amount would be refunded through cheque, only in cases where the debit/credit card used by customer while placing the order is not in use).
