However, as the actual colours our customer’s see will depend on our customer’s monitor display. Abira Jewellers Limited serves to selected cities. Please check if we deliver to the pincode in shopping cart checkout page. If there is no courier service available for that pincode, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
For orders above Rs 2 lakhs customers need to provide a PAN card. If PAN card is not available, Form 60 will be given to the customer and it should be filled and signed by the customer.

We only partner with reputed courier agencies to ensure that the products reach promptly and in perfect condition. We also ensure that the delivery is made to the recipient and thus require the identity proof for verification. The time taken for delivery tends to vary according to the destination; however, we make our best efforts to ensure that the order is delivered on time. If the product is available then the delivery is within 7 - 10 working days from the day of order confirmation, provided such delivery is not delayed by any governmental authority or any other entity acting on behalf of the government or acting as per the directions of the government. If the product necessitates to be composed then the delivery is within 30 working days.

If any of our customers / consumers wish to return the product purchased through our website http://abira.co/ for money back in future, can do so by sending back the product to us. Following policies are applicable only for the buy back through online.

Follow the return procedure as mentioned above to return the product to Abira Jewellers Limited.
Once the returned product is received by Abira Jewellers Limited and after successful completion of the quality check, your refund will be made within 15 working days.
The value of the returned product will be calculated based on the prevailing gold/Diamond rates mentioned in http://abira.co/ .
Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the Buy-Back amount of the product.
Refund will be made via online bank transfer within 15 days of receipt of the product.
