Abira Jewellers Limited is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website, security & customer assistance. However, if you are not happy with the product, you can choose to return the order. For the purchase of old gold, payments to our customers over INR 50,000/- will not be provided on a single day.

7- 15 Days Return Policy:

In the unlikely event that the order delivered is in damaged condition, or otherwise, you can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice and get the refund. Our courier partner will collect the order from the address provided by our customer and will get it back to us. However, such cancellation request must be made within _____ day after delivery. No cancellation request beyond the said period shall be entertained.

Return Charges:

Our courier partner will collect the order from the provided address. Customer need not pay any shipping charges to return the product.

How To Initiate The Refund Process?

  1. Customers should contact Abira Jewellers Limited customer support on 91-9073396459/91-8040993583 or write to us at connect@abira.co within 7 days from the receipt of the product.
  2. Customers should not return the product before receiving a confirmation e-mail from Abira Jewellers Limited about the same.
  3. All the products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered and unused.
  4. Provide the invoice/guarantee card into the package for return process. Without the above, returns will not be processed.
  5. We shall not be able to entertain any request after 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
  6. If any damage is occurred in the product after delivery due to the reasons attributable to the customer or any person at his/her side or for manhandling, breaking, torning, use of any physical force, high temperature, melting, chemical reactions or any other similar reasons or diminution of value of the product, then in such event Cancellation Request will not be entertained.

Refund:

We shall process the refund once we receive the product. The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which refund may not be possible. Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to our customer’s account via the same mode through which the transaction was made or through cheque (amount would be refunded through cheque, only in cases where the debit/credit card used by customer while placing the order is not in use). The amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days from the receipt of returned product(s) to Abira Jewellers Limited.

Order Requisition:

There shall be a 100% refund as per the norms of Abira Jewellers Limited. We will exchange the purchased product for the same value or at a higher cost from the invoice, provided the product is returned in the same condition within 7 – 10 working days from the date of invoice but in such cases no making charge will be deducted.
In case the customer pays online then the amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days from the receipt of the returned product(s) at Abira Jewellers Limited. The amount can be refunded either through cheque or online transfer as NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer). The mode of refund depends on the customer's choice:
a) If the customer provides a cancelled cheque with the returned product then the refund can be made within 7-10 working days and the amount will be refunded directly into the customer's account through online transfer as NEFT.
b) If the customer doesn't provide any cancelled cheque then the amount will be refunded through cheque that will be sent by courier at the address provided by customer at time of registering/placing of the order. It may take up to 30 working days.
In case of the products are customised/altered then the making charges cannot be refunded.

  • We will not exchange the purchased product if the purchased product has been tampered, altered, broken or repaired.
  • We will not refund cash in exchange for the product.
  • The product have to be purchased against the full value of the product returned. New purchases made against an exchange would be billed at the applicable rate prevailing on the date of new purchase only. We ensure to repair the purchased products, the cost will be accounted for by our consumer.

Jewellery:

We reserve the right to not allow the exchange of jewellery products due to the differential that may arise, as no two products will have the exact weight and hence the price will differ. Please note that our pricing is calculated using current precious metal and gem prices to give the best possible value. These prices do change from time to time, owing to the fluctuations in prices of precious metal and gem prices, so our prices will also make variations.
However, if chosen to cancel the order (before shipment) or return the product because of receiving it in damaged condition, the refund will be made directly to the account or issued by cheque (amount would be refunded through cheque, only in cases where the debit/credit card used by customer while placing the order is not in use or if the customer provides a cancelled cheque with the returned product).
Prices on our website are subject to change without notice. Please expect that our customer will be charged the price for the jewellery as it is listed on the day of purchase.

Exchange Policy

If any of our customers / cosnumers wish to exchange the product purchased through our website http://abira.co/ can do the same by sending back the product to us at Abira Jewellers Limited. Please contact out customer care team to know more about the in store exchange policy.
Following policies are applicable for the exchange through online only.

15 Day Easy Exchange Policy:

Customers / consumers will get 100 % of the invoice value if the product is exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
Contact our customer care team and inform the details of the item you wish to return to Abira Jewellers Limited along with the Order Number and collect a Return Authorization Code.
Follow the return procedure as mentioned above to return the product to Abira Jewellers Limited.
If you have received a discount or free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable. You can choose to return the free gift as well.
During the exchange, return the product with its original bill / product certificate. Loss of the original product certificate / invoice would result in a deduction of INR 500/-.
Once the returned product is received by Abira Jewellers Limited and after successful completion of the quality check, your refund will be processed within 15 working days.

Exchange After 15 Days Of Purchase:

We offer a Lifetime Exchange option for all purchases made fromhttp://abira.co/ in India.
Contact our customer care team and inform the details of the item you wish to return to us along with the Order Number and collect a Return Authorization Code.
Follow the return procedure mentioned above to return the product to Abira Jewellers Limited.
Once the returned product is received by Abira Jewellers Limited and after successful completion of the quality check, your refund will be processed within 15 working days.
The value of the returned product will be calculated based on the prevailing gold/Diamond rates mentioned in http://abira.co/.
The refund amount will be based on the product weight. No making charges/GST will be refunded for the returned product.
